Traffic Stop Reporting is designed to be reliable and low maintenance. Many agencies may never require support on TSR-Desktop Edition or TSR-LAN Edition. However, you can receive support by one of two methods:

Call Law Enforcement Software Solutions at 573-239-7019 or e-mail support@trafficstopreporting.com. Include as much information as you can about the problem you are having. We will need to know what operating system you are using and the service pack level for the workstation.. Be sure to include contact information and a call back number. Support, updates and enhancements will be provided to agencies current on their license and support fees.
