When there are updates or enhancements, the contact person of your agency will receive an e-mail with a unique user name, password, and link to our download site to retrieve the updates. If you choose to have a technician perform this function onsite, there will be an additional expense.
You will be required to be on the workstation that Traffic Stop Reporting is installed on and have Internet access from that workstation.
